Eneco

To achieve their goal of becoming climate neutral by 2035, Eneco opted for a bold approach: scaling up with battery storage. With iwell's Mega Cube, which has 14 MWh of storage spread across six containers, the system absorbs peaks, reduces gas consumption, and connects directly to solar and wind farms. This saves Eneco 2.6 kt of CO₂ per year and brings it closer to becoming climate neutral by 2035.
