Head of People & Culture
1.500,- annually for personal development and career growth.

1. Screening call
A 30-min intro call with our recruiter to discuss your salary expectations, start date, visa or relocation needs, motivation and team fit.
2. Team interview
Meet the team! We’ll share more about our structure, assess your fit, and dive into your experience and relevant skills. Of course this is also your chance to ask us anything.
3. Final interview and case
A structured interview to explore your mindset, skills, and how you’d approach the role. A case or assignment may be included, depending on the role.
4. Reference check
We’ll ask for 2 references, typically your manager and a peer or someone you’ve managed if you’re applying for a leadership role.
5. Offer
If it’s a match, we’ll call you to talk through the offer.
